Refund Policy

For HyCD Play&Record, Publisher PC and UNIX

All HyCD products  include a 'Try Before You Buy' feature. For this reason, our refund policy is restricted to replacement of goods damaged in shipment only. Please refer to our homepage DOWNLOAD link for further information.

Once our software is download, or are shipped to your premises, it is considered to be 'Opened' .  It is part of HyCD's refund policy that all Opened Software cannot be returned for refund, regardless of the delivery method.

Damaged CDs may be exchanged for the same product only within 30 days of purchase. Please send the damaged product to the return address located on the software package.
